Cheaha update....16 April

ok, the shirt ordering deadline is HERE! We ordered the shirts today....so no more shirt orders....sorry! All shirts will be delivered up top. If you can't make it up top, have someone pick it up for you! We don't deliver (except up top) 

If you haven't sent in your registration money.....GIT-R-DONE!!!!! The following are names i'm tracking for not paid yet.........for whatever reason...

• Joan Black/Twoshoes - husband John says she may not come?
• Conrad Crews - owes registration money, no reason given?
• PIBIT and Pam - they had to get US dollars....we got this handled!
• Delores Hayes/Little Lady - Detn8er just registered her, check is on the way
• Daniel Moynihan and Sheila Tucker - check is on the way ?
• Ricky Pruitt/Spanky - never heard back from.....still coming????
• a "mystery couple" from the great north - IF they make it, they'll just have to pay up top...and surprise us all with their presence!

FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE PRIVATE LODGE....just come straight to BaldRock lodge and see Sherry or me...we'll have your key(s) for your private lodge room. No paperwork to fill out. NO NEED to stop at the hotel. FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE HOTEL, CABINS, CHALETS...you of course, DO need to go to the hotel to register and get your room keys!

FOR ALL....registration for the event is at the BaldRock Private lodge. NOTHING goes on at the hotel any more. NOTHING goes on at the pavilions anymore. Regsitration is at the Baldrock Private lodge. Nightly actitivities are at the Baldrock lodge (not the pavilions). Group ride meets and starts from the Baldrock Private lodge (NOT...from the hotel or store parking lots like the old days).

First off, how is Sherry? I'm sure she is in some pain. Let her know we are praying for a full and speedy recovery.
I have two chalets reserved. One is about to go on the market. So, if anyone is relluctant about coming for lack of accommodations you now have no excuse. Call Cheaha at 800-846-2654.

she's doing better. today, she's traveling to MS for a horse show Susan (daughter) is entering. The nose is slowly starting to heal.

someone needs to snatch up that Chalet. i think as of today, they will let the general public snatch up any rooms, chalets, cabins we don't reserve. i had them all blocked until 1 April....and got an extension to 15 April. TODAY, i think the few rooms and such that open up....can be taken by "outsiders". let's keep em' to ourselves!
