Susan and the video update!

ok, Hills contacted Susan yesterday. they told her that she is the Runner Up (number 2). the winner has 10 days to respond. if the winner doesn't respond in 10 days, Susan is the winner. Either way, being number two out of all the MANY videos that were originally posted (she was one of 10 finalists...there were MANY MORE videos submitted that didn't get past the judges for the final 10)....is still quite an honor. The winner...gets 10,000 sent to their Vet school to put towards their tuition. The other 9 finalists get $500 towards their tuition. Sure, we'd rather have the 10k....but still....I'm proud of her AND ALL OF YOUR efforts....to make her number two out of MANY!

Thank you again for each and every vote. There is still the outside chance the winner will not respond...and she'll then win. But....it's been a great effort. they'll post the results SOON. check the same page you voted on for the results. but at least we know some OFFICIAL status now..........

Wow!  I really hate to wish poor fortune to someone (specifically the 1st place who hasn't yet responded) but I just can't help myself.   :evil:

Good job Susan!  Too bad she didn't win.  But, maybe she will have that chance. The dogs were cute.

Congrats to you all! That is a fine showing, I'm sorry that Susan didn't win it outright. I know $10k would be handy right about now for her education!

Yeah, I just noticed the posting TimBob.

Congrats to Susan.

Hope the Beagle doesn't show up so we can get them little buggers on the Hill's Can of dog food.    Oh and the $10k also.

That is not to bad for those bean counters on taking their time.    Jezz Louise, 2 weeks to count electronic votes.    Did they by chance have mail in votes, that could explain the delay.
