I purchased a batwing fairing and 12" windshield last June. the bike spends a lot of time outside and NEVER gets washed. The black tinted section of the windshield started to fracture. contacted MS and they promptly sent a replacement ! Free of charge. I cannot recommend their customer service enough. Thanks again Memphis Shades! they stand behind their products.

+1   I had a Memphis Shades windshield on my Harley 10 years ago........... I went riding one day without the shield and a few of the nuts vibrated off (imagine that)  I contacted them to see if they could suppy replacements and they promptly mailed out a full set................No Charge,    Can't beat that kind of customer service !!!
