I found this road today and thought it would be a great motorcycle road.  It is Hiway 129 from Clarkston, Wa to Enterprise, Oregon.  Clarkston is just across the Snake River from Lewiston, Idaho.  It was such a pretty road I had to share it even though I am no longer on my Valkyrie.

Beautiful. Like one of those roads in car ads that no-one knows where it is. We should ask the admins here to create a sticky thread where we could collect roads like this with their locations. Listed by state/province etc so if I'm in Oregon some day with time on my hands, I can look up roads like this to go explore.

That's actually a very good idea.

That is a great idea and actually we can do that ourselves.

All we have to do is:

Whenever someone discovers a new road they find this thread and post in it instead of starting a new one (Kind of like the I rode to work today thread).

I would suggest placing the name and location (City, State) of the road in the subject line.

I'll start it off and let's see if it takes wings.

The 34 mile stretch of SR 16 between Marion, VA and Tazewell, VA crosses 3 mountains making for a fun, spirited and scenic ride.

This ride is now being promoted like the infamous Dragon in Tennessee.

No, having it stickied to the top of the thread list is better.  We wouldn't have to go find it.

People are more passionately opposed to wearing fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than bikers.
