a guy i work with LOVES those things!!  i've bought him three of 'em off of ebay 'cause he doesn't have an ebay account.  my father had one, i think we bought it for him as a gag gift!!

I've got a couple of the newer ones that you have to put togather , but I talked to a guy a couple weeks ago that showed me one like the one pictured on his bike and he was goin fishin. The guy said he broke the one he had an somebody got a replacement for him on E-bay. He really liked that little pole. If you think its kind of dorky , well whatever works works.  I and I'm sure my kids will never forget when I took them pan fishin once I didn't have enough poles for the 4 of us so I just used a line in my hand an jig fished over the side of the boat by feel an caught fish after fish, the kids laughed so hard an could'nt believe it cause they could not catch any.
