I am in a two year program at work, LDP as they call it. It is basically preparing you for a leadership role within the company. I have gone through tons of testing at Psychological Associates http://www.q4solutions.com/index.htm Followed by Six Sigma Training.  Sat in a seminar today for eight hours on Statistical Analysis. I plan to ride this Sunday with MoLee to get my sanity back. Hope everyone has a good weekend.
