Thank you again. What a ride.  :cooldude:
If you're lucky enough to ride a Valkyrie, you're lucky enough.

That bike is a lot of fun, seems to have renewed some energy. I just wish more people would have taken the offer. They do not know what they missed! That kind of stumped me a little.

I could'nt get the " what if " something broke or blowed up while I was ridin' it out of my head. You've did a great job on that bike Mike from the wallpaper at InZane 10 to the WOW at InZane 11....Beautiful badass Valkyrie  :cooldude:

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

...I appreciated the offer VERY much. ...that is an awesome machine  :cooldude:

....reason I "declined" ....is I know how much moola you have invested in that baby.....and secondly I thought for a minute after you offered.....and I couldnt think of ANY road in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel...where I could wind out those gears and let that puppy grab me by the seat of my pants...and take my breath away..

.....that dosent mean I would "decline" ...another offer...in the furtue...if were near I 75 or another suitable road....so bare that in mind Mike !

....was good seeing you at Inzane Mike...that Ice water saved me more then once..  8)
. . . ...I saw a werewolf at Trader Vics. . . ...his hair was perfect...

Mike,

I also appreciated the offer to ride that Rocket. Like Smokin Joe, I immediately thought about something breaking while I was riding it.   :(

My other thought was exactly what I told you at the time, namely I'd be afraid that if it ran as I was sure it would, I'd have to try to explain to my better half just why I needed to buy a fourth motorcycle.  :-[

Also thought about how bad I would feel if anything happened while I was riding it that would stop you from putting it in the show. I really did appreciate the offer, and as a matter of fact I was taken abck that you would let me ride it. Generous offer, much appreciated!  :)
The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. (Except Stupid - You can't fix that)

I will tell you what, If I can not share my Joy with others, than I do not deserve any for myself. If it was not for the great people that make purchases from me, I would have never been able to afford to put this bike together. The way I see it, all of you own a part of the bike. I thought one of the things I could do was offer some to take it for a ride. I do have good insurance, thank God. The part I have not told anyone yet is that on the way home a tie-strap tore and the bike landed on the left side on the bed of my truck. Progressive has been very good about it though. They were at the house last Tuesday, checked out the bike. Wrote me a check and said if I needed more money for the repairs to let them know.

Mike, I appreciated the offer to experience the "beast," too. Like others have mentioned, I was too concerned about something happening to it on my watch, and I also know my limitations with respect to bike control, so I opted not to go. It wasn't for lack of wanting to, though.

You're a better man than I for offering to let others take that monster for a ride. Heck, I wouldn't let most people even take my boring Std for a ride. I've been burned one too many times when trying to be a good guy, I guess.

Thanks, again!
