I found a brand new still in the package.............COBRA LIGHT BAR SET. that is on it's way to  MRS.T.P.s house.

Do you know there are two sets?  Not sure the cut-off, but one set for earlier models and a updated one for the later ones....Im thinking around 99 or 2000

YOU SIR ARE CORRECT,   part # 04-0140 fits 97-99 and part # 04-0141 fits 00-03    Valkyries, standards and tourer.

my part # is 04-0140 for my 98 Tourer.         T.P.

I believe the difference has to do with a change in the blinker lamp housing configuration
