The latest RSS from NASA helped me decode the sat name: UARS - Ur Arse Roasting Soon. Latest update has it over Canada!

‎Today, ‎September ‎23, ‎2011, ‏‎57 minutes ago
As of 7 p.m. EDT on Sept. 23, 2011, the orbit of UARS was 90 miles by 95 miles (145 km by 150 km). Re-entry is expected between 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, and 3 a.m., Sept. 24, Eastern Daylight Time (3 a.m. to 7 a.m. GMT). During that time period, the satellite will be passing over Canada, Africa and Australia, as well as vast areas of the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. The risk to public safety is very remote, unless you live near Kingston and ride a Honda Valkyrie. If such is the case, please ensure that, before retiring for the night, you go out and kiss your bike goodbye, followed by your gluteus maximus. In that order. Sincerely, NASA.

Well, it's down, it seems; they just aren't sure where. Some reports claim pieces South of Calgary.

"The two government agencies say the 35-foot satellite fell sometime between 11:23 p.m. EDT and 1:09 a.m. EDT. NASA said it didn't know the precise time or location yet.

Some 26 pieces of the satellite — representing 1,200 pounds of heavy metal — were expected to rain down somewhere. The biggest surviving chunk should be no more than 300 pounds."

That '300 pounds' is reassuring.  :o

300# falling from the sky has gotta hurt.  It'll definitely leave a mark. :o

Ride fast and take chances... uh, I mean... ride safe folks.
