You've started it now  :o   Dunflops and car tires (NMS Tires Al)  :D   I've got a Toyo CT on rear, and I pull a trailer. Makes a difference, especially when braking with the trailer back there.  If you can keep an open mind about it, and try it out for yourself, you may find it not so big a deal after all  ;)

Proper inflation being about 45 pounds at the rear?

It certainly shouldn't be cupping at 2000 miles.

205-60-16 and I run a Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread. Try to find one such as the toyo in the previous pics with the V type tread pattern which is what the Goodyear I run is. I ride hard and run mine at 42 psi and have found that works for me, I have got great grip on all surfaces in all conditions and the tire has lasted me for 15,000 miles or so and still has enough tread to last till mid winter. I also prefer a Metz or Avon front.

General ultimax h p in the h  speed rating 205-60-16at 38 p s i on my i/s. Metz 880 up front about 43 psi. I've crossed over to the darkside and am forever lost. :2funny: It be wurkin fer me. :cooldude: RIDE SAFE.

Gear Jammer, Is your Toyo a 55 series or a 60 series?
If you can't be a good example: be a WARNING!!

205/55/16   T1s  No longer made, replaced with the TOYO  T1R/   Similar tread design, but has two outer bands on edges.

I believe the 205-55-16 will give you a bit higher revs at highway speed in top gear as opposed to a 205-60-16. As for my Metz front, I went for a ride today and noticed that its nearly gone after just 6,000 miles  >:( >:( That will be my 1st and last Metz, back to Avon fronts from now on. I get 12,000 outa them.
