Sorry if I am repeating myself I forgot to put notify me of replies.I have about 20% wear on splines do I need to replace or just do better job of maintinance, my rubber drive wore out and caused the flange to flop around.

20% does sounds significant, but I am not sure what the official answer is. When I replaced mine the profile looked distorted from lack of lubrication. Greasing the newer used splines seems to be keeping that problem at bay for now.

First time on site,

How do you know they are worn 20%?  ??? Are you measuring them with micrometer, or just going by looks? If measuring, where did you find dimensions or wear limits? :-\
The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. (Except Stupid - You can't fix that)
