Great ride to Wichita Falls

Picked up my 14 year old grandson in Anna on Saturday and hooked 'em up to Wichita Falls to watch the Lake Dallas Falcons humble the Canyon Eagles! 45-14!!! My son is a coach in Lake Dallas so was good to see him and a great time with my grandson.

Making memories on two wheels - now that is living!!!!

Are you going to try to make the Odessa game?
Lake Dallas is playing some El Paso team on Friday.

I didn't make the Odessa game. Had some conflicts. They beat El Paso Burgess and now are playing Stephenville in Justin this Friday. Won't be able to make that one either  . My wife is dragging me up to Oklahoma City to have Thanksgiving with her family. That would have been a nice ride over to Justin (there, it  is motorcycle related).

I lived in wf for 50 yrs.I have never ridden there.Gonna do that someday though.

Not the most scenic ride, but I do like the area around Nocona. The wife served a church in Burk and I was living in Anna so I rode that route quite a bit. Sometimes I would take FM544 from Anna to the West end and then North to 82. Was a bit more scenic and I could miss the 55mph area East of Gainesville that always drives me crazy. Liked to miss the speed trap at St. Joe as well!!!

Any ride is good when the weather is nice and there is High School football involved!

You should let us know ahead of time so we can do two things we love  - I love to watch high school football and ride Valkyies!

I might not be up for the football game, but let me know if you ride to WF.   I lived there for several years, and still frequent there.  (read food)........
