We will never see peace.

I thought the Silly Islamists Faction already was in North Africa.

World is going to hell in a hand basket.

Would somebody please tell me if they are even the least bit suprised at this.

Also, would somebody explain to me what gains were made in Libya, the middle east or the world with the over-throw of Kadafi?  It seems like the replacements are worse that he was.

Yep, sometimes intelligence and foreign policy are strange bedfellows.

Well....just because we could choose not to fight those that want us dead doesnt mean they wont stop trying to accomplish their goal.  In fact if we spent zero dollars on defense and said, we are going to live in peace.  We would soon be living in hell.  Good bad or inbetween the worst thing we can do is be weak.  The ones we are fighting are patient and sneaky....they will call it winning even if it takes a hundred years more.

It seems in the middle east, you never can be quite sure which "side" to support, the good guys have a way of becoming the bad guys and vise verse.  Its probably impossible to make the right choice, while staying out of it altogether is not the right choice either......its like trying to pick up a turd on the clean end

Yep. The Stingers we gave to Afghanistan to kill Russians have been used against coalition forces.

There will never be peace in the Middle East and Africa.  They just love killing too much.  Everybody want to rule.  Really sad.

The new Muslim rulers in Morocco will change their tone once they get a taste of power.  There will be a lot of turmoil in that country in the years to come.

If global warming is happening...why is it so cold up here?
