MUST be a FUSE but where.

I put new front turn signals on and one came loose causing a short. I have disconnected the side I know caused the issue but do not have horn, rear lights (at all) nor front running lights and blinkers.

It has to be a fuse but all of the fuses in the small box inside he left side panel are good. There is a fuse near the battery that is ok. The bike starts and the main lights are good, both high and low beam.

Can anyone tell me where the fuse is or is this a bigger problem?

The fuses for all the various systems should be under the right side cover. Should be a 10 amp fuse in there that controls the horn, stop and turns.

Fuse arrangement for 2000 std/Tourer (I haven't looked to see which models/years this might not apply to):
IG1:  Fuse B (top fuse) - Turn, Stop, Horn
        Fuse D (5th from top) - Starter, Ignition

IG2:  Fuse A (6th from top) - Acc. Term.
        Fuse C (3rd from top) - Headlight
        Fuse F (2nd from top) - Taillight, Meters
I can't see a connection between what you say is not working and their respective fuses, so I suspect the problem is a disconnected ground. WHERE is you disconnect the side you know to have and issue?

Thank you for your reply. I think you are right about it not being a fuse but if I have disconnected the "bad" turn signal then everything else should work. I will have to trace power I think to find the problem.

Check the fuse with a meter. I've had fuses look fine, but pass NO elec.  Don't ask me how, But that was the case.

Not if you have a blown fuse in that circuit. Remember, the stop, turn and horn all work off the same circuit, hence the same fuse. And Pup is right, sometimes the fuse looks good but isn't.
