If you are referring to the no. 11 line on that page, that is for California only.  A few questions, since you didn't provide a lot of information.  Are you positive that the intake tubes are sealed all the way around the intakes?  Did you replace the o-rings where the intake contacts the head?  Are you sure all the brass nipples are leak free on the back of each intake and that all the clamps are tight on the intakes?  Sounds as if you have a leak all right.

Replaced the intake orings. I will go back over everything and let you know......was hoping that vac line was the problem but I don't think so now.  Also put a MarkT exhaust on.

I see where it says ca bike in the manual  :-[ far the vac line

Check the exhaust gaskets as well since you changed exhausts,  They are easy to get out of place during installation.

I would also sychronize your carbs. How many turns are there on your pilots. Did you mention that you installed a free flowing exhaust system? You probably will need to richen up your mixture a little. Even with all of that you may still get some decel pop when the bike is warmed up. Just seems to be inherent in the beast. I run Cobras and have eliminated most of the pop doing all of the work mentioned in this string, but not all. My gal runs like a scalded dog.   :2funny:
