Was checking out the VRCC classifieds and saw this bike for sale...I don't think in my 13 years of owning the fat girl I ever saw a crash bar like this on a Valkyrie....Anyone here seen one and have any information ? Not the greatest picture but it looks to fit well . I went down in 2004 and this would have saved me some money ( I think )  :-\

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

To me, it looks like that bar would fold back in a laydown, it doesn't have the brace that goes rear to front at an angle on both sides.

I agree whole heartedly here.

Also, not really enough bracing to support a slide go down.

I've been looking at alternative engine guards for a replacement, saw a similar one on eBay.  Have decided to stay OEM since everything I've seen is pretty fugly.

I could see where these would open up several option's for highway pegs....I'd bet my ridin' buddy Paul ( Wimp ) would like these for that.

Smooth is where it's at. (o_0)

Only 4 apparent connection points; front upper and lower. Hit the ground with forward motion and they'd fold like paper.
