Gotta do what ya gotta do.  I had an old honda Atc with spray foam in the front tire.  Not tire sealant, SPRAY Foam Insulation.  Just a kid, didn't know better and couldn't afford anything else.

I don't know, a tire discussion of the pros and con's of Duct tape in forward and reverse rotation is just what the board needs...

If those credit card bikers on BikersPost are ever forced to live by their wits they'll die in a week.  I rode my Valk from Austin to Flour Bluff (~ 200 miles) with a cracked valve stem duct taped in place.  I lost about 2 psi.
