Good on you Valkahuna, hope thats spelled right.

I played lazy and did nothing except set in the A/C.   Can't take these damn temps of over 100 and heat index's about 5* more that the temp.

Was able to watch the fireworks of a little town just South of us.   Couldn't see them lite them off, but could really see the outcome.

Today is forecast again for 100* +.

RJ,

Stay cool in the A/C there my friend! When it gets that hot, and humid to boot, energy just seems to drain right out of me. I will admit though, that since I lost 55 pounds since this January (Weight Watchers & exercise) it's not as bad as it had been in the past. Now, if I can just keep it off, it would be great! Even my back and knees appreciate the new smaller me!

I have a chunk of spell checker software, free one.   It is called ieSpell.   Do a Google on it, download it and install.   You will then find it under tools on your Favorites bar at the far right.

Whatever you say JimmyT.

Time to get after it before it gets too hot.

Neighbors ain't going to like me but screw them, they keep me awake till 3:00 AM July 5th.      They had to of shot off $1,000 in fireworks.

There would be a bomb bomb.     Few minutes later another bomb bomb.

They started a 9:00 PM July 4th, and stopped 3:00 AM July 5th.    Couldn't even get the Sheriff's Dept to come put a stop to it.......

I'll have to use headlights for about a 1/2 hour then it should be daylight.    Good temp 76* & 34% humidity.

Yes sir, I did cut the grass and catch it.   If I hadn't of caught it, I or one of the kids would of had to rake it up, or pull the grass sweeper, and then rake the leftovers..

One neighbor came over and started to raise hell and I held up the time out signal.    She stopped talking and I said, remember when your kid drew a penis and balls in my fresh concrete, and I had to break it out and redo it?    Remember when you and your boyfriend come home on the Harley at 11:00 PM till the crows come home, well this was pay back time.    Oh by the way, the fireworks display ya put on was only enjoyed by your family.   None of your neighbors enjoyed it.     Now, please return to your yard and shut the F**k up.

She followed orders real good.   She had a run in with the Drug Enforcement detail.    Seems her oldest son was dealing out of the house whenever she wasn't home.      For a long time I thought she was a Madam and serving her customers, but that turned out false.   She has 4 kids by 4 different daddies.   At least she had fun for awhile.

Figure that will hold her for at least 3 or 4 nights.

I do to.   The soft shell ones.   We have a few Tasty Taco shops in town.   I try to stop and shop every Friday night.    2 Soft and a drink is my usual order.

Bacon Taco Shell, good luck, but don't ask me to sample it.

I'm not up to bacon unless it is served with scrambled eggs and hash brown taters.   cooldude.

I used to eat about anything back in the day.     It was eat it or go hungry.

Went hungry a couple of times and that not in my book no more.

Now, that I'm older, and I can afford to buy what I want in the line of food, I have gotten a little bit, well quite a lot, picky in my selections.

When I was in the service and stationed in the southern states, I got a liking for Mexican food.

Went to a Mexican restaurant last night with my daughter and her 2 girls.     I had a 7734 of a time trying to find something I'd eat.

The Mexicans of today, don't fix the good old Mexican food of the early 50's.
