The Peach Tree Inn in Fredericksburg will be our ground zero for the Texas Hill Country Ride In.  It's two blocks off Main street at Washington and Ufer.  Fredericksburg is a great town and lots to see and do there.

The Signup sheet is here: http://www.vrccdev.com/rally/texas-signup.htm

If you want to see who else is going, just click here: http://www.vrccdev.com/rally/texas-list.php

This is a map of the location. http://g.co/maps/gqd87

You must call the hotel to make your reservations Until March 2nd as they have taken them off the internet to block for our group.  They have blocked 19 rooms (all that are left in the courtyard area) for us until March 2nd, but they also have the suites in back open (that's where the meadow like area is).  Rates for the courtyard rooms are from $79.99 to $99.99 per night plus tax.  Toll-Free: (800) 843-4666.  If you want a suite, just ask.  That won't take away from the courtyard rooms we are blocking.  Some rooms are already booked by others but if they cancel, we'll get first shot.  Tell them you are with the VRCC to get a room.

After March 2nd, the block will be gone but there will still be rooms.  Just tell them VRCC and ask for the courtyard rooms. There are also two other hotels around the Peach Tree Inn if they are booked.

For Friday night, get there early enough to go to RockBox, which is a theater with a fantastic group of musicians who play music of the 50's and 60's.  Show starts at 8PM.  Read about it here: http://www.rockboxtheater.com/

Rides around Fredericksburg are being planned for Saturday as well as a group dinner for Saturday night in Fredericksburg at the Fredericksburg Brewing Company (they have good food, too) http://www.yourbrewery.com/index.html

Sunday, nothing planned yet.  Visit The Nimitz National Museum of the Pacific before you leave - it is a treasure - takes hours and has so much history. http://www.pacificwarmuseum.org/index.asp
