jet adjuster

in some string / link i found someone that had made a jet adjuster that would fit he tight area and was square so to count turns.  anyone remember who that may have been?

also if i followed the manual of "X" turns out, will that be good enough or should i be using the carb balancer with it?

I believe "X" turns out will do quite well.  I does for me.  However, if you want to be perfect, then the fine tuning of these jets is done with a tach that can read changes of 50 rpm or less.  Reading a little farther in the Honda manual will explain that procedure.  I do not have such a tachometer so I just set mine 2 & 1/4 out and it seems to be running fine.
