Great thanks to Dave (AKA BigMac) for helping me with maintenance today. . .  Well i helped him by picking up a few tools, having some soda and watching very carefully, he did all the work.  ;)

Desmog, add Galfer Clutch line and bleed, replace fitting from prior Galfer brake lines that was defective (excellent customer service replacing the part), synchronize carbs, valve adjustment.  he is the best, if you need help in SoCal, get in touch with him.

Dave working hard.  Wow i captured him in the mirror also.

This is all the junk under the tank just waiting to fail.

what is all this crap doing there?

valves were pretty good but Dave got them right on!

Oh, and mine was made in USA!!   I am now good to go for a while.  Thanks Dave!!

I can see that I have to get an exucutive chair for my shop. That looks real comfy! No more stools for me.  :2funny:

I Like the chair idea, but most of the time I just squat or if my legs get tired I sit on a 5 gal.plastic bucket turned upside down....i really do need to get more comfort tools :)

Good job Dave..!!

Did you also remove the Caly Canister?

Dozer

Where are the rest of the metal tubes?? Are they still on the bike?

donaldcc

Bike is not a CA model so no canister.  Front right metal tube was left and just plugged.  Others removed, don't think everything made it to picture.
