I ran a Cooper Zeon on my Valkyrie - didn't like it. Upon reflection and research I may have had too much air in it 42 psi. However I also think it was because the tire had a very square profile.

I've been reading a very long discussion - multiple threads on

http://www.st-owners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?484-Darksiders

With the summer rides looming ahead of me I din't want to ahve to replcae a tire whilst on a ride. It's a pain and you lose a days riding.

Generally speaking you have to be in or near a large town. My routes keep me well away from those.

So I've darksided  :o

It's a Hankook Ventus K110

Look at that monster. I was dubious when I put the Cooper next to a worn out Avon BUT THIS.........................................

Hankook and Shinko Raven

Anywho. Not my bike but this is what it looks like.

Had to let all the air out of the tire to squeeze it into the swingarm

37 psi

DISCLAIMER I do have footpeg lowering blocks on my bike

Just got back from a 200 mile break in dashing around north Georgia and I can tell you that this tire is great. Peg scraping feels secure. Sweepers at 80 mph feel secure. Quick transitions from left to upright to right feel secure
