So, Rainmaker thinks he can hold onto his title, does he?  Can he bring up a hurricane in the Gulf, simply by saying, "Hey, Stephanie, Labor Day weekend is coming up.  Ya wanna go for a ride?"

First, if I said "Hey, Stephanie, want to go for a ride?" the hurricane would be the least of my worries. Seems I'd have hurricane Margaret on my hands here in Arlington if I wanted to take another pretty woman riding in her place.

Second, I don't do hurricanes.  I just do rain, or so I'm told.

Third, you have to do this more than once.  You aren't a true weather catalyst until you can do this often enough for your fellow riders to consistently bring rain gear for rides that you lead.
