No, it's not a Harley  ;D

Read a little about the C&R license, wondered if it was worth it.

Just curious if you think it is worth the time/money to get one.  I'm more interested in handguns than rifles, but ya never know...

Is it a hassle doing paperwork, etc to use it for purchases and reselling?

Thanks in advance.

I'm on my second FFL03, it was worth it to renew mine, and I've only purchased a few guns with it...

I'm sure you've looked at the restrictions, but the gun itself, not just the design needs to be 50+ years old or "historically interesting" (It has to get more of it's value from being historic then from being a weapon)

Of course, there are some weird political things in there too... Yugoslavian, Albanian, Russian SKS' all count. Chinese do not.

I've got a thing for WWII guns, so the FFL03 is a no brainer for me...

One of the BIGGEST advantages of the FFL03 for me is, once you get it, you fax a copy to Midwayusa.com, and they'll set you up a dealer account. You can order all the goodies from Midwayusa.com at wholesale price like a store would, instead of the retail cost. Some things there's little or no difference, other things there's a BIG difference...

Never ask a geek 'Why?',just nod your head and slowly back away...
