Can anyone tell me what this is ? My sister and I found this on The Blue Ridge Parkway laying in the middle of the road. We found it just as it appears with the tie wrap in place...What is it ? What's it's used for ? Why would some want this ?





I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

some little girl make her mommy a flower cluster using the bread twisty tie and she dropped it, now when they go back to find it, it wont be there cause you picked it up and left with it,,,

Not sure if these are the same, but some illegal harvesting of plants has been happening along the BRP.  And they aren't even the fun ones 8)

Not sure about the Trilliums and Bloodroot, but I think I had a Black Cohosh one time in College!

No doubt about it, it's Galax took by illegal by poachers and more than likely illegal Mexican's :(   Thank you for finding this information ....It was laying right in the middle of the road about 30 miles south of Asheville, North Carolina on The Blue Ridge Parkway.....So glad I did'nt run a handful through the bong  :evil:
