Personally, I am honored the group is trusting me to be the prez for the next year.  I will be posting some ideas I mentioned at the meeting in a separate topic.

I think the most fun we had last night was in the middle of the meeting. Jeff went out to get some RFK brochures.  As he came back in the room, we all had our hands up and Disco said "the ayes have it, Congratulations, Jeff!".  The look on his face was priceless.

Yes, Sir! I am still feeling the love, if that is what goes down when a group of Volks take such pride in a quick thinking "Gottcha Moment"!

I feel the need to apologize to ValkPilot, our new Vice Prez and another of the Davids - Barron. They were the only Valkers not pictured in these photos from last night's meeting. Sorry, Dave(s).

Great fun! Good seeing some old riding buds from way back.

Thanks for taking on the presidential position, Mark! You are the number one, most consistent, looooong term contributing member of the DFW group over the history of the club! No brag, just fact! ~Jeff

Congrats to both Mark and Dave.  Wish I could have made it, but work and my roll of caregiver had to take priority.  Hopefully in the near future I will be able to make some meetings and maybe a few rides.  Time will tell.

Congratulations Mark & Dave!  Thanks for stepping up.

It was great to see some old faces old timers folks I haven't seen in a long time!  Also great to have Mr & Mrs Stretch bring their son, Adam.

Maybe the best was seeing Lemondrop on two wheels again!   :cooldude:
