Risers

What handlebar risers do any of you use, how much higher and back can you gain without changing cables? thanks

I have 4" risers with a 2" pull back on mine.  I don't know if you could go much more than that without changing cables.

I've had these, LaMonster's Risers, P/N LAM-001, "http://www.directlineparts.com/product.asp?pid=519&str=2" for close to 9 yrs.  I'm 5'10" and these, with adding a backrest to my Ultimate seat, did wonders to comfort and control  . 

Many have used Harley risers, but I have no experience with those.  Have seen warnings that some have cracked at the nut and bolt cavities.

Mine have held up all these yrs., and I don't remember any problems with installation, except that an extra pair of hands made it much easier.

With the installation of anything in that area, be sure to cover/pad your tank  .
