Anyone in NE Kansas/NW Missouri know this bike?

I have a friend who is seriously looking at this trike. Does anyone here know anything about it, or who the owner is?

It is a custom Trike build, and without inspecting it myself I am reluctant to endorse it. I will most likely go with her to see it, but wanted to know if anyone had some insight into this particular bike?

Yes, the ad stated it is a homemade trike build, that was my concern, they can be good, but they can be done badly as well. Thanks John.

$7 K is a lot for all the unknowns.  Would like a trike for the other half but, too many unknowns and the distance and time required keeps me from checking it out. 

Yeah, there's that money issue to.  Sucks being responsible and feeling like you gotta pay all those bills.
