Well, I have 15 yrs. on you and see nothing out of place with what you said. Maybe the R & R I listened to predates yours a bit, but I still like much of the era you speak of. Once had my wife pinch me in a restaurant, asked why, said she was checking to see if I was still alive. She then pointed out a lovely young thing I had ignored when she walked by. Told my wife "very nice, she's almost as old as my oldest grandaughter."

John.  My older brother (passed a few years ago) was 11 years my senior.  I grew up listening to his Chuck Berry, Elvis, Everly Brothers, Little Richard and more 45's when I was just a wee little tot.  Been hooked on Rock & Roll ever since.

Your teacher would love me.  I act like a 12 year old all the time.
