this morning and he assured me none of the reservation were lost and that those that made reservations need not call for conformation....seems he has been flooded we calls this morning....so no panic, everything is fine....

I hope I didn't stick my neck out with that statement, I was just happy that the manager was american and spoke english...I think their problem is the help....he also told me that there is an area where we can socialize by the pool and he has no problem with us milling around the parking lot....the cut off for reservations under the discount price was May 1st, cancellations were May 15 th, so anyone trying to get a room after the cut off date will not get the discount....that's why we told everyone that was thinking of going to make the reservation and if anything went wrong you could cancell by the 15th, we have 45 roooms booked and the hotel is sold out except for a couple of higher priced rooms....all I know is we're riding to Gettysburg come friday..
