instead of posting thread after thread, I have decided to list all Craigslist ads i find reasonable in this thread so it will be reoccurring. I know some do not like me posting and some like it. truth is i like finding bikes at a reasonable price, some seem to be pissed that our valks sell as cheaply as they do and some are on the lookout for fairly priced bikes. you be the judge of your value, i'll be the judge of what i post here.

I'm not wishing to start a pissing contest, but I just checked my PMs back to 30 May and I found nothing from STEELERS.  I'd like to say I did or didn't delete the thread, but I've trouble remembering last week, let alone last month.

Update:  I scrolled through eleven pages of moderation log and found that a STEELERS thread was removed on 27 June but I didn't remove it.  Truthfully, I was in Nicaragua at the time and away from the world wide web.

I don't know the specifics of STEELERS' post, so I can't speak to why it was removed.

I can say that if one posts a link to his own sale or one with which he appears to be connected on the General board I would remove it. 

It's a fine line with some grey area when a post is made regarding a sale.  If I deem it as only passing good information to the members I would be inclined to ignore it.  If it appears top be blatant free advertising for someone's sale I'd remove it in a heartbeat.

Please keep in mind I'm only giving you my personal interpretation.  There are six moderators to this board and I cannot and will not speak for the other five's views.

I'm pleased that Pat has chosen to use a single thread for his finds as multiple threads push more other threads off the front page.

Doing the best we can, but repeatedly find you can't please all the people all the time.
