I'm sitting here watching "Top Gear"... the new American version, anyway...

They are picking up gator meat and crawfish at Gator Cove.   ;D 

(That's a local restaurant in Lafayette, LA for those of you from around other parts of the country.)

I wish I was recording this... it's pretty funny.
