Two Flat Tires Yesterday.....Have You got a Story???

Left the house early yesterday morning.....After two stops and only a few short miles, I noticed some "stange handeling".......After a visual on my tires, I noticed the rear tire looking low so I limped back home. I pulled a nail out and plugged it. This was a first for me after 12 years and 79,000 on the Valk. Later in the day I headed out for test ride and made it only 5 miles before the plug obviously blew out (right at a gas station fortunately). Plugged it again.....by now it is starting to pour rain.....ran back home and this time the plug seems to be holding......heading out now for some more "test ride".

Anyone else have any flat tires stories? Am I the only one who has gone 12 years without a flat?

Three bikes, six years, & 72,000 miles of riding since my return to motorcycling.
Six flats. All on the rear tire, 3 while in the road & 3 were "oh crap" it's flat in the garage.
One was a CT.
Have helped 2 others while on the road with my now mandatory flats kit in the saddlebag.
