That is some scary chit.
While I am convinced the current Pres. is the worst thing that has happened to our country, I cannot understand the motivation of the plot members.
Perhaps if they had put the same time and energy into eliminating his re-election by campaigning against him, they would have had more positive results.
You want him gone?  Vote him gone!
Then again, it could be bogus and an attempt to make the Pres. look good.

Yep... I got an email about that plot as well.  I wonder if in lieu of making up a whole new line, they just tagged this on the murder issue.

WHAT? if the military files charges against someone,, they act on it and right now....

yes, normally I would agree with that.  Maybe they were directed by Feds to let the others prosecute and they slipped in the plot charges as well (wouldn't put that past the Feds LOL).  Or it could be that they will wait until the dust settles to make sure the outcome is appropriate or not, and then act on their charges.

When active duty service members are accused of something done off the base, the military authorities many times will let the local civillian courts handle it.  The military reserves the right to then prosecute offenses that may be unique to the UCMJ if they want to after the civillian part is done.

Perhaps more of a way to eliminate the right to to possess fire arms by all former members of the military. After all we're dangerous people should we oppose the powers that be or disagree with what "they" feel is best for us.
