We moved our clinic to the local hospital campus five months ago and utilize their facility for outpatient diagnostics, rad, EKG, CT, lab, etc.  Last night we were finally granted full, unrestricted hospital admission privileges.  Hmmmm, this place may finally become legit.  All this occurs on the same day that we were voted Terrell's Favorite by the readers of the local newspaper.  Either this town is deficient in healthcare providers or we are doing something right.  Don't know which!
