That sure looked on purpose, no other reason to cross the line, not passing anything in front of him.  Maybe the guy on the bike was messing with him.  If so he was overmatched.  If not It would be very tempting to catch up and put a couple .357 bullet holes in his trunk.  Hoser

I know catching up to him and following him until he eventually stops and lay the smackdown on him/her would be tempting, but hopefully cooler heads prevail and call the cops instead to press charges on intentionally trying to kill others.  He would probably only get fines and a few days in jail tops, but if you get a lawyer and especially a video like this to support your legal reasons to lock him up and throw away the key,  it may very well be in your favor.

I think there was even more of the video than was posted last time.  There was a group crotch rocket riders and the car was definitely aggressive.   I bet something significant happened before the video started.

It appears to me that the video was looped. If you look at the road lights on the left they are in the same place just before the car swerves. Just another case of someone manipulating the truth to prove their point.

I admit this makes me mad if the cager just decided to swerve over or was bugged by group of sport bikes tailing him and I agree with Hoser  about a couple  .357 holes placed in the guy's trunk if this was unprovoked.    But one question I have is:  How was it they happened to be filming the whole thing? Almost like the bike behind the car was expecting some trouble?  I wonder if something started before what we saw on the film.  Still,  there's no excuse for bumping the bike.

No matter what led up to the incident, it's still assault with a deadly weapon. The only thing that might get the cager out of it would be the idea that he felt his life was in danger. As long as he didn't stop until in a safe place, he needed do nothing. I did not see the biker point a weapon, or do anything to provoke. JMHO

Even in a cage, if such an erratic, dangerous driver was on the road near me, I'd be increasing the distance between me and that car versus playing macho games.  What's the point?  How many times has it been proven that even if you are in the right, you're still injured or dead when mixing it up against a cager?
