Sent my money order on 8-31 for a red XL short sleeve so I'd have one of every color offered ( I bought ( 2 ) on the first run ) ....Never got one on that second deal  :-\

I ordered a long sleeve and short sleeve when registration opened for InZane on the event shirts ....I only got the short sleeve in my package  :-\

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

Joe I placed in order in August as well my credit card was charged I have still not received the order I send a personal message to Oz never got a response.  My next step is to contact the f6 store directly and see if I can get an answer from them.

I've tried placing orders through the F6 store twice and at checkout it "blows"up. I've given up. There has to be better way.

I got the order confirmation email from them right away, I just contacted them thru their website today, and am awaiting a reply.  The email confirmation said to allow 3 to 4 weeks.  I told them their service sucks, and to get back to me ASAP.  I'll post any updates.

Riiiiight...

I don't think patience is the problem here.

If I remember correctly the order stated give 3-4weeks for delivery.

My money was deducted on 8-29. Today is 10-12.
On my count that is 6 weeks.

I think COMMUNICATION should be "the name of the game".

Maybe let people know if there is an issue.  I've got plenty of patience if I'm informed, not if I think someone skipped with my money.

By the way, I haven't received my two either (in case there was doubt), been wondering...

First time I ordered from here, not a good impression.

I don't think you have to worry about anyone skipping out with your money but I would have thought the second run would have gone better. I also ordered and have been charged. I'm sure Oz will see and comment on the order.

I agree, I'm not the least concerned about skipping with my loot, but communication is the key.  I even PM'd Oz and did not get a response.  If there's a hitch in the giddyup, an email would be nice.  Or even a post on this board explaining the situation.

I ordered THREE shirts and paid for THREE shirts.... ???

And nope, haven't received them or heard anything..... :tickedoff:

Hey Oz...it's starting to sound like a broken record here.... :crazy2:

All you have to do is call up your credit card company, dispute the charges, and if no response from the store, you get your money back.

Had to do that twice in 20+ years of credit card use.  Once was for a faulty ATV repair the selling dealer put a tractor solenoid on my warn winch not once, but twice, and both failed first time using winch.  You'd think a Warn winch would require a warn solenoid, not a farm implement solenoid they also sell at that now closed ATV/farm implement dealer (and you wonder why they closed).

2nd was a fraudulent signature while on vacation in Arizona in my 20's.  Someone got my credit card number, probably the idiot behind the counter, thinking they could pull a fast one on me.  The signature did not match my signature not even close and that was a lot easier to get my money back than the ATV dealer who the owner was a total jerk and idiot.

I think most people here WANT the shirts and not their money back.  SInce the order confirmation says allow 3-4 weeks and no one has heard ANYTHING, folks are just asking for a reply from F6 store.

Exactly my feelings.

I would really like my shirts as I think they're cool. And as stated an explanation/new date would be nice.

I don't run the store Brianne and Tiffiani (yup that's the way she spells it) run the whole shebang!
As far as the 3 to 4 week thing goes I think this was a Group Purchase, i.e. we get enough orders we pull the trigger and go to print.

FROM THE PURCHASE WEBSITE "Some of you may remember the "Group Purchase" from the early days of the F6Rider Store. Group Purchases are to establish there is a minimum number of folks who want a design before we invest in art, film and screens.

In this case our minimum number of orders is 24 purchases. Our drop dead date is when we have 24, or when we think we may not
make the count.

THE DETAILS:  (the fine print)
Our Group Purchase requires 24 purchases, the minimum number of orders before we go to press.

We have established the safest way to proceed with this group purchase. We charge your card upfront (as back in the day we would make the order and some folks would not purchase as they promised). IF we don't make the minimum number of orders to proceed your card will be immediately refunded!

F6Rider uses PayPal Pro as our merchant account to process credit cards; we never see your credit card information. You do not have to be a member of PayPal as F6Rider allows you to select Direct Credit Card entry.

Shop without sharing your financial details.
PayPal enables you to pay without the seller ever seeing your bank account or credit card numbers.

PayPal is a leader in antifraud technology.
We use state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and our expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely.

We have strong measures in place to protect you.
PayPal protects buyers 100% against unauthorized payments from their accounts."

Tiffani had me close the sale some time back and  being the whizbang business man I am I thought they printed and shipped.

So anyway you can go to http://f6rider.com/F6/cancel-refund.html and cancel your order and get a refund right away.  F6Rider does not handle the money or ever see your credit card we use PayPal for all that so a refund to your credit card will be  made by PayPal as soon as you request it

What I'm going to do is call Brianne or Tiffani tomorrow and find out what's up! I'll have them read this post.

I'll report back here as soon as I know something.  Sorry about the inconvenience.

So if you can hold on for a day or two I'll get you an answer, and again if your worried about the money please use the refund link above to have your credit card refunded.

Someone said something about a TM or something, I have no idea what a TM is????

Oz,

Thanks for the reply.  I did just receive a response to a contact I sent via the store web site and it basically stated that group orders required more time, and they expected the shirts to be complete next week.

I don't recall seeing the text quoted from the web site, and was going by the 3 - 4 weeks on the order confirmation.  I also thought my order was placed AFTER you had decided to go ahead with the group order, but it really doesn't matter at this point.

I would be VERY surprised if anyone cancels their order over this, I think everyone was just getting anxious since it has been awhile.

I was hoping to have my rebel Valkyrie shirt for the FCR so I didn't get shot at south of the Masie-Dixie. :2funny:

Did you ever come up with a costume for the barn party?  You and your cousin could be brothers.  He looks rough as a cob.

Cousin Cletus, Be Afraid, Very Afraid....

I'm happy the girls got back to some of you guys, seems they are on the case.  Their both young, single and it's a weekend and the weather is perfect at Newport Beach = unreachable, or they are looking at who's calling and dodging me!

I am texting them a photo of Cousin Cletus that should get them to call me as you probably won't find young desirable men the caliber of Cletus  in Newport Beach in SoCal. I'll peek their interest, how can they resist finding out more about this stud!

Cletus did the trick, Tiffani got back to me. According to her the shirts are being printed and will be shipped as soon as finished.

She wants to know if we can do shirts with Cletus's photo on them, she says they'd sell like hotcakes, especially if he goes for the Gold!

They're thinking they will have them shipping by week's end...
