You're still going to get ads. This doesn't block ads. It simply keeps advertisers from sending you ads that offer something pertinent, or useful to you. I leave mine on. I don't pay any attention to the ads but if I'm going to get them I'd just as soon they be something pertinent based on where I might be or something that I had searched for.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

People like the iPhone because it's easy to use. It appeals to 2yr olds and 82 yr olds because of it's easy user interface. It was the pioneer of the market, but when I saw that the iPhone 5 was just a "longer" version of previous iPhone, with worse "mapps app"....I decided to change to the samsung. So glad I did. The samsung is like have a true computer in the palm of your hand....that  means having a good antivirus program! Which I do. Lookout mobile security.

Droid does!

Thanks guys for the update on the Galaxy, it was a tough decision between the 4s and the Galaxy 3. My next phone will be a Samsung though unless something better comes out. I dont like the restrictions and charging for memory that the Apple does. I like being able to use the phones memory as a hard drive from the computer. All the Apple only stuff is a pain. A good small antivirus program for the phones is ESET I use it for all my computers and they make a good program for phones.

Thanks for this information. I just addressed this on our devices. Not sure why some blame Apple though. Most phones in use today can track your every move and every activity. Not sure how many employers staff enough people to actually trace your every operation and location though. Can they do it? Yes. Do they do it, highly unlkely 99.999999% of the time. If you were accused of a crime and didn't do it, you would be asking your phone/cell provider to reveal your location and phone activity to get you off the hook. Do I believe there are rooms full of government employees following, tracing and tracking your internet activity and email when certain words or phrases they're looking for are used. Yes sir, you bet there are.

My rule of thumb is that little, if anything, done on any computer/smartphone is actually done in private.

YMMV,

I think this is true. +1

The sad part is what I pay ATT every month, in order to allow them to trace me. Haha.

Also, Robert, all devices except Sprint devices are now limited on the amount of monthly data you can use. Sure sucks.
