Kicking a team when they are down

Just in case any of you Yankee fans have missed it yer down 3 games in a best of 7 series. And no excuses cause what's his name has a broken ankle.  I'm not a Detroit fan but i believe anybody BUT the Yankees.  So yeah i'm kickin while they are down.  One more game and their toast.  RIDE SAFE.

Never underestimate "Yankee magic". That said, Jeter's injury probably ended the season.

That's a cool gig for a kid. Who was on the team then. I do respect a lot of the player but seeing Granderson in pinstripes makes me want to puke!  Go Tigers in 4? That would be hard to believe.

Something I will never forget - the old stadium was a magical place. Haven't made it to the new one yet. I was there '92-'93. Some of the big names back then: Don Mattingly, Wade Boggs, Bernie Williams.

A buddy of mine is a baseball fan but not a Yankees fan. I was coming out of N Y N Y one afternoon in my semi and traffic was dead stopped-right in front of the old Yankee stadium. I was able to get out of my truck and get him pictures of the outside of the stadium. Those pics are still in an album some where!!  And B T W-Detroit in 4.  RIDE SAFE.

we always respect the Yanks here in the D, but I think this may be our year. GO TIGERS

In 1961 I believe the Tigers won 103 games or something. Yet the Stanks, as a radio guy up here calls 'em still beat us by a game or two. Those were the days of Mantle and Maris. What a team.

As a Rays fan I am happy to see them go down in 4. The only part of their "history" I respect is the years they won it without outspending the rest of their division 4 to 1. 
A salary cap in the MLB would be a Godsend. 

We did get to see the Rays beat the Crankees in the Trop on Labor Day this year. That was sweet!
