any members near stuart florida?

Was wondering if anyone was near Stuart Florida that could possibly give me some pointers on working on my carbs?
   I was thinking of changing all the hoses on my carbs.
     I have been trying to track down the fuel smell coming off my bike.
   I'm not familiar with carbs at all and didn't want to screw anything up.
      I will pay someone to help me out with this.
     Any takers?

Check the fuel valve and make sure it is not seeping gas out the weep hole, it would be on the right side of the bike, where the vacuum hose attaches. Also  check the fuel cap, a bad or compressed gasket will cause a fuel smell.  I am in Florida, but just outside of Tampa.
