 Never registered, never started?? Really??
I'm glad for his success and granted, its his money and he can do as he wishes and he is.
He is happy and my opinion dosent mean squat.

Most likely sour grapes on my part BUT is this a case of more money than common sense on a GRAND scale??  :uglystupid2: I walk out to my surface mounted garage and see my Phatt Ghurl and i smile.  :) And from thursday to yesterday i put on about 600 miles enjoying the fall colors.  ;) And that right there is PRICELESS!!  :cooldude: RIDE SAFE.
Today is the tommorow you worried about yesterday. If at first you don't succeed screw it-save it for nite check.  1964  1968 U S Navy. Two cruises off Nam.

Granted , nice to look at. BUT, I think I could come up with a better way to spend my millons, IE, greater good for some that don`t have the finer things in life, like FOOD, Housing.  ???

He did say that they were a "collection".

Don't care if he rides them or not.....I still hate him.   ;)

Maybe it is me, but his collection just sits there.  What is the fun in that?  Chicks dig it?  How do they know its there?   I will keep my ranch house, with a 2 car garage, with my toys inside all dirty from the ride.  I'd rather have that much money in the bank, making me interest, so I could retire, and ride more.

KY,Dave (AKA Misunderstood)

I'm with czuch, it's a waste in my book, but his to do what he wants with.  :uglystupid2:

I'm not really that philanthropic, think Bird feeder, dont feed the squirrells, etc.
He said he's a software engineer. I work with a group of those.
Kinda splains the never registered thing,,,,,,,,BWAAAAAHAAHAAHAAHAAHAAHA!!!!!!!

How much is too much?
According to obama..about $250,000........
I still miss her.

My first impression when I look at this was what a horrible waste it is, but then as I thought about it I may be changing my perspective.  Each of those vehicles that are not started and not registered represent money that paid for American worker's efforts and will be real treasures when someone buys them as classics and hopefully wants to put them to use.

This rich guy is funding his own stimulus package and, for an unusual twist, isn't using borrowed money to do it.   ;D

As for the "because chicks dig it" if that's the best he has to offer to entice female companionship, he is a sad case indeed.  ;)

sugerbear

"chicks" dig scars too.  let's see him go get some of those. :cooldude:
never know, if i had that kinda money,... :-\

this is what is really offensive about some people with money.  and i think we all should aspire to do our best, work hard and be rewarded for hard work, but, this guy would NOT be my friend, EVER.

Impressive?  Yeah.  But when he started to talk about the sound, the smell, ect.  I was wondering about what sound.  NONE of the HD's have been started!!!!!!   Then he says it costs $25 every time the elevator is cycled????????????    Must be nice to have that much money to burn.    And Donaldcc, I agree with you too.  Its very over the top.

In this wild and wolly world, there are only 3 things you can depend on, your brains, your bros, and your bike.  Ride free!!!

A good friend will bail you out of jail.  A true friend will be sitting next to saying "Damn, That Was Fun"

Well the way I look at it is... it was a show about the garage and the toys.  Ya, he had a large collection that have never been ridden... He didn't mention or get to what he DOES ride.   He must ride something because I can't see anyone having a collection of bikes like that without being a rider himself.  Wasteful... yes.  But someday when he is dead and gone, someone is going to have some fun with those and they'll be worth a mint down the road. :cooldude:

Ride fast and take chances... uh, I mean... ride safe folks.

Jealous???? Yes I am  It sure seems like a waste though, on all kinds of levels :-\. Personally, I believe in the personal freedom to do what you want with what you're blessed with. Is this good stewardship??? To whom much is given, much is required. Don't obviously know this guy from Adam, but makes me uncomfortable at what seems like such a waste.  :tickedoff: I volunteer, however, to help this guy get some warm and fuzzy feelings through philanthropy. I'll take one of those unused, unstarted, unloved two wheeled machines. Come on let's sing, "We are the world, we are the children"  :uglystupid2:
"Go sell crazy somewhere else,we're all stocked up"

Kudos to him.  It's his money and he is enjoying it 'his' way.   :coolsmiley:

I am envious to a certain extent though I doubt I would have a collection of V Twin Vibrators but, the way I see it, it's his money.  I also agree with both Spirited 6 and Willow, that guy has provided many with food and housing through all the jobs he has created.   Would I do something like that if I had that kind of money?  Probably not but, I am a Jay Leno fan and will no doubt disappoint many of you with my collection of ___________ (fill in the blank).   I'm also think'n his response about impressing the "chics" was just his attempt at being cute.  I'm betting he gets all the attention he wants from the ladies, if not more.

Plenty of chicks will dig the price tag.

Just knowing what all of that cost is more than enough to get plenty of chicks to full orgasm without ever having to fire up any of those bikes.

I think attracting the chicks is the last thing he's got to worry about.
