Harley might be looking at some of that Can-Am Spyder money  :-\

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

Challenger

Looks cool. a little unfinished in the front,  Now add a fairing, hardbags, trunk and screaming eagle kit to make it driveable and $$$$$$$$$$$

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

I like that it resembles a motorsickle a little more than the Spyder, I think it would catch on with the Harley crowd. Kind of looks more like a kit someone would build themselves in their garage. :-\
If you can't be a good example: be a WARNING!!

Looks good. I think many HD fans would buy it. Looks like it's got the same motor and the dreaded feet forward riding position. Wouldn't be for me but they'd probably sell a bunch of them. I think being that close to the ground would put off some riders who might go to a trike for health reasons.

With it being that close to the ground " IF " it had the power to twist the wick in the curves I'm bettin' it would be a BLAST in the twisties  :)

I rode LaMonster's Spyder soon after he bought it up on US 129 The Dragon . Just can't see me ever likin' more than two wheels  :-\

Check out this " Homemade "  :o   I took this picture up in Lenior ,NC many years ago while doing Britman's Memorial Weekend Ride.

God I love this board... Thanks for the laugh

My wife was fixin breakfast and half  listening  when the shocker,  She squealed and I about fell in the floor laughing........
This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember it or overthrow it." -- Abraham Lincoln, 4 April 1861

Looks pretty good to me, more like a motorcycle. Notice the motorcycle tires all the way around. I always wondered why most trike kits used way too fat car tires, seems the heavy unsprung weight of them would be detrimental to handling & braking.
Plus one on disliking the air cooled twink & gyno-exam riding position.

It was a concept,,, that was thought about.

Then The TRI-Glide was born which for 3 wheel fans is much cheaper than buying a complete bike cutting it up and then buying a kit.

The Tri Glide is selling like hot cakes for just that reason. 29 grand instead of 40 or more for your bike and a kit to trike it.

And used 3 wheelers ain't cheap either.

Also the Triglide which has Trunk and Tour pack, is much cheaper than the Touring Spyder, whch is and can go more than 35 grand. Spyders ain't cheap.

I've seen 3 of these at a bike night here in PHX. Strange concept and pretty useless. If I need 3 wheels, it'll be the spyder or a Mazda Miata to stay in the wind.

I think it looks cooler than a Spyder.  Looks like it would handle better too.

I test rode a Spyder when they first came out.  Although it had plenty of power, I felt it handled like a snow mobile.  Easy to over steer.  Plus, I can't remember what it was, but something was wrong with the position of the controls.  I think it was the front brake or clutch level was located differently than normal bikes.

Maybe they improved?

Out riding once, I spotted a Spyder in my mirror. I was just cruising, taken it easy thru some switch backs and I could see the Spyder rider jumping from side to side to stay with me.   Found it funny watching him hop left to right, then right to left.  I gassed it and left him in the dust.

I guess when the time comes that I need the third wheel, a trike is great.  But I think the double wheels should be in the back.  It's not like speed and handling will be important,  should have slowed down by then    JMHO.

Now that 5 wheeled Valk looks interesting. ;D ;D :D :D
