Yep, in '67 Detroit riots, put a stop to looting with shoot on sight orders to National Guard.  Looting pretty much stopped.  This should become national policy with any widespread looting.

The looting reminds me of Katrina.  You can't always count on the moral deceincy of everyone to not take what's not theirs.

These bottom-feeding "citizens" can pick a house or business clean in a couple of minutes, if they find it not to be occupied by an owner with a gun.  The owner doesn't have to shoot anyone 'usually', because there are too many easy locations where they can loot, unchallenged.

Since cops seem to always be scarce when this kind of thing is happening, Hillary may want to pospone her attack on second ammendment gun ownership.
