It Depends........Did the fly poo before or after he landed on the record?? And who measured the speed of the record? How do we know if or when his/her instruments were calibrated.....   :)

Stanley Steamer

Was it a "Union" or Non-Union fly?........ :D

from 33 1/3 rpm I can calculate the angular velocity of the record at least, the w or omega=(RPM)(2pi)/(60)= approximately 3.48 rad/sec..... That's called partial credit on an exam, but i'm sure you already know that Mike  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

No whining Reb.

The REAL world of engineering ONLY has word problems.  YOU have to figure out the problem, before you figure out the answer.

Just wait till you decide to go back into the Navy and go thru Nuclear Power School.  70 CORE Engineering credit hours in 6 months.

I will say... Einstein was a slap-ass genius!  That's one guy I really want to talk to in the afterlife.

That doesn't matter in the afterlife.  No one has their brains.  If they didn't get cut up... they are just rotting in the ground, or got creamated.  :uglystupid2:

Tesla is another guy on my genius list... but that guy was so flipping CRAZY I am not sure you COULD talk to him.

The act of measuring distorts the system.   :crazy2:

I pick Nikola Tesla over Einstein. If that stupid SOB Thomas Edison wouldn't have destroyed Tesla's funding from pure jealousy, I think he would have prospered a lot more in life. Edison was a business man wannabe inventor. Tesla was a genius.

Tesla was definitely a genius... but he was still 2/3 CRAZY.  That does NOT mean stupid.  Just a whackjob.  Brilliant whackjob... but still a whackjob.

My IQ 142,

Most of our Bull crap problems are just that made of Bull crap.

Gobal Warming.

Health Care.

Taking care of every dead beat known to man.

Cell Phones for so called needy people.

You can't make this stuff up.

Modern Problems are not meant to be solved, just vote the Basterd out.

I fudged on the IQ it's 141, so there.

I guess this is why I do solid model drafting and graphic illustrating instead of engineering.

Just watched a documentary on Hugh Everett, a pioneer in the quantum theory of parallel universes. While he was a genus on the level with Einstein and Neils Bohr,  He son was an idiot. Just goes to show that genus is not inheritable.

P.S. for those who care and I am sure none of you do My IQ was tested at 139,,, And I still have no idea how to solve those math problems and Math was my best real subject in HighSchool, CNC machine school and also in College that I earned a AA in computer sciences & electronics. I have forgotten more than I have ever known at any given time. :crazy2: :uglystupid2:

This has nothing to do with the thread. Just reminded me of this cartoon I clipped out of the paper and have on the wall in my garage.
