Long Ride Planned this weekend!

I plan to leave Knoxville Friday morning and ride about 1,200 miles returning on Monday.  This is a solo ride to clear the cobwebs and get some fresh wind before pulling her down for her yearly service and inspection.  I get to use the trunk I mounted as well.  Hope the forecast for the weekend holds!

Dubsvalk, I love to solo ride....did a 2000 mile ride a couple back. I have a daughter that lives Farragut...beautiful country in your area....ride safe but fast...

Joe, I'm pointing her nose toward East Virginia, the North Carolina foothills and work my way back.  No particular plan except to stop off in Lynchburg, VA to see my sister on the way East.  Looks like good weather and should be back Monday afternoon.  I'm going to get in some major "me" time on this ride!  Just me, the bike and the road.  Everything else will stay in Halls until I get back!

Mallett, let us know when you are in the Knoxville area.  You could hook up with the Wild Bunch for a winter ride!
