I AL Cate apologise for the things I have said in the past 3 days.

I rode the Dragon today, spoke to God in a loud audible tone.

If you were on the side of the road I was shouting this prayer.

He heard me,along with birds , ground hogs and bears.

I ask you all and esp. Joe for forgiveness.

I have recieved it from my Heavenly Father, I hope you can find it to forgive me,

that is to everyone I offended.

I am still not going to frequent this board as Harleys and Valkyries are like OIL and Water, don't mix well.

I am and have always been a Harly Fanatic, tried 2 times the Valkyrie thing and it does not,,how should I say this,

give me the satisfaction in my soul a Harley does.

Any Harley is my thing.

I will do my darndest to stay away, and with Willows help, he can make that happen, and I will not reaapply. :cooldude:

Thanks for the ride, and I wish all of you only the best.

Keep Praying for Detonator, and others, add Smooth Rider to the Prayer list, it seems the small growth taken by laser

is cancerous and in a bad location to spread to other parts of his body, Lymph Nodes already tender and swollen.

Only the best wishes for each and everyone of you folks. I have joined a local Harley Owners Group, that prays, says the Pledge of Allegiance and

only last night had a falling out over of all things, the Christmas gift to Scott Maddux, owener of Smokie Mountain HD, Tennessee, and WIldcat Harley

in Kentucky, and HD Dealership in Pigeon Forge, and in Gatlinburg, and on US129 on the Chilhoweee River.

How silly,

But that is the way life is sometimes.

No hard feelings on my end at all.

Hope you can find it in your all's heart to feel the same way.

But if not I have already forgiven you on my end, and Jesus is waiting for all of man kind to turn to him.

He has the much bigger job.

Adios and Asta Lueago, and Arriva Derchi, Via COn Dios,

SIging off now for good,

My new bike is a beaut, shame you all will never see her in action, her name is Pearl and sits there looking good next to Ole Blue.

Al  One thing I have learned is most things get better after a ride. I'm sure all the people that count are already right with you. You seem like the kind of person that needs to make things right. Hope you are on here some and I would love to see the new ride. Pictures would be great. Any one that would let a brand of bike determine who you can hang with is missing the whole bike brotherhood thing. I swear I love most all of them. Last month I saw a Honda 350 Automatic I think a 78 and spent 20 min. talking to the kid that found it at a yard sale cheap. Damn thing looked new. Point is he thought it was cool and was having a blast riding. Anyway post some pictures will ya

old2soon

It's NOT what you ride-it's THAT you ride. Never met you Al but you worship the very same GOD i do. Don't get no better than that. I'd share wind with you anytime and anywhere. RIDE SAFE.

Only if you want them to not mix well Al.  That's entirely up to you.

They both have two wheels and lean in the curves.

I'd still like to see pics of your new ride.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

now wait just a minute? what kind of sound does a ground hog make? I've taken more then a few and never heard a peep.  :2funny: :2funny:

Oil and Water thing, they just don't mix, and that ain't gonna change.

It is now not the Harley Riders knocking the other brands its the other way around 90% of the time

I don't have time or paitiance to explain what I ride.

Life is too short, and I am going another direction and I am very happy with my decision.

Yes bye to you Clark.

Remember Al, sometimes the best thing you can say is nothing,

but I am sure that feeling will pass as well   :2funny:

What you ride shouldn't dictate who your friends are, how you treat people, or who you're going to ride with. If it does something's wrong and it doesn't have anything to do with motorcycles.

GET ON..SHUT UP AND RIDE.. I LIKE THAT...or is it shut up get on and ride??  hell i dont know.. take yer pick

Big Al, Dude, I don't know you.  I have nothing against you and I don't give a damn if you prefer Harleys to Hondas.

What is annoying though, is every time I sign on to this forum, you're leaving...again.

Obviously you don't want to leave and it sure seems like no one here really wants you to leave either.  So, get over yourself.  Stop posting all these grand exit speeches and just stick around, ok?

Al I just wanted to say that I would hope you would stay. I know those talks with God because I have had them before myself. If its time to move on then ok but I would hope you would stay. While you have been a voice for the Lord and know resistance and opposition that it brings I am surprised that you wouldn't apply this to Harley's. My son makes a living designing selling and buying, you guessed it Harleys. I taught him to ride along with my son in law. Needless to say they both ride Harleys and like to tease me and ask me why I ride a electric bike and constantly bombed me under bridges and anywhere else they could with noise from their pipes. Any strong voice for anything will be a grounding rod of opposition vocal assailings. Not to mention your personality is not one of being quiet. I am always reminded the phrase opinions are like a@@ holes every body has one. We can always run to places and people that agree with us but sometimes that is not what we are called to do. The Bible says" iron sharpens iron" and so while it can be unpleasant not in criticism but in the facing of ourselves to go beyond what ever barrier wants to stop us. Ultimately we learn things about ourselves and learn to grow and go on. Ultimately not shrinking away but occupying the very territory and being comfortable in the place we once would have given up. Peace, Blessings and the Love of the Lord in you for yourself and others.

By golly, THIS is the quote of the day! Maybe it's the best quote of the year! Everybody can run on and on with a whole bunch of words and apologies but 'FON1961' broke it right down to the bottom line.

I can't add anything to it.

Al, you lost me in a couple of your posts about Harley's.

I have a 15 year old Valkyrie, made into a Trike now.
I have a 65 year old Harley ServiCar, also a HOG member ever since it started.
I have a 25 year old Cobra Trike w/ a 383 CI Chevy V8, also a member of ATA, (American Trike Assn).
I have a 55 year old Volkswagen Trike, it currently is in like 1,000 pieces.   It is under construction of a full blown restoration.    When done, it will be shipped to California to a CHP buddy of mine who lost a leg on duty.    I donated the Trike and several of the old and current members of the CHP are restoring different parts and sending them back, it they want another part to refurbish I send it to them.    I'm like 10 parts away from throwing it all together.   If I didn't have this damn O2 tank attached to me, I'd ride it to California.

So pull your ass back up and hang loose like we all do.

You know for a fact you wouldn't say that crap to their face, so chill it here and enjoy the fun.
