Years ago a friend of mine built a portable BBQ that looked like an old fashion outhouse. Had a half moon in the door like many real ones had, then added a small chimney making it look even more realistic. It was rather short for an outhouse, but you opened the door and lifted the part that made up the seat, don't recall the entire setup. I just know he put out some good chow with it. Was a real kick to watch people walk by and do a double take.

I built one out of a 550 gal. bulk milk tank. Works great made a trailer to mount it on. The most i have ever cooked on it was 17 turkeys for a wedding. I worked for the local turkey farmers as a kid. We would always kill a few while loading them into semi trailers. When you load 5000 40lb birds into trailers. Lets just say by the end of the day the doors get smaller. Well the next day they would have a party and cook them and the beer would flow. They would inject them with a mixture that was never let out. But i did manage to get it and i use it to this day. This was 40 some years ago before anyone knew of this way of cooking them. One of these days i will learn how to put up pictures.
And as i shifted into 5th I couldn't remember a thing she said.
