Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

Wow, I would think so. And it was a double yellow line the guy in the car had crossed. What an idiot.

At the end there is a shot of the totaled car in the ditch, wonder if he got hurt? Hope he got a ticket.

Hope the passenger in the car was ok.

Passing on a double yellow going uphill.  The pic of the totaled car is not a suprise.  I would think there were some injuries.  looked like roll over type damage.

At least the car driver owned up and took the hit. Not many would.

Those slight dips and rises can trick many into a stupid move.

Both the riders were very lucky.

Be polite. Be professional. But, have a plan to kill everyone you
meet.

That's one of those "life threatenng decisions".    He had no place to go.  Iffin it was me.....when I first saw the guy he was headed straight on and I would have probably ditched the bike and he would have gone straight.....or we would have went head on in the ditch.    Bless his heart,  the motorcyclist's decision to go straight payed off.    Worked that time....might not next time.  That's the way people die.

Rocketman

Very true, the standard reaction is to veer right.  The car veered left, and that could have made things worse.  Glad the motorcyclist didn't do the standard thing.
