....Finally snowed last night

....Woke up to the sound of plow trucks rumbling by this morning....we got around 3 inches of "real" snow last night...on the way home from dinner there were white out conditions on the Interstate...hard to believe I was out washing the bike in a t shirt on Friday......well...she got her last cleaning of the season....took the seat off....pulled the battery and tank bib...battery is under the kitchen table on *trickle charge*.....covered the bike..


. ....The season is done. ....Time to hibernate

Hey Got our first streamers of the season off Huron. Cars are white and roads wet. Season maybe over.Maybe.If we stay under one,could get 6"s. Riding maybe over for abit but Florida is just around the corner.

Durn-i KNOW there was something i weren't missin very much.  Dat white crap fallin out the sky gets badder when all their little buddies get together and gang up on ya!!  Thinkin bout ridin tommorrow-sposed ta be in da high 50s.  May not sound like it but i duz feel yer pain.    RIDE SAFE.

gonna wait here in WI for next weekend suppose to be in mid 50's yet again for one last short ride before I need to clean and change oil/take out battery for the year.  Sure hope the temps later next week still look to be in the 50's to get it cleaned up for sure.  Cleaning and a mild waxing of the bike in 32 degree temps in an unheated garage is not my cup of tea, but can be done if need be I guess.

I'm ready for the snow. It was 32 deg fi and sat. This is after Thurs I was setting outside in a sleavless shirt. It was 62 out. Pellet stove had some troubles so when I go home fri afternoon the house was 48 deg.

   We got just a dusting of snow last night and that was gone by 10 am.  The sun was shining so I went for a ride.  Riding on the interstate behind a string of cars that must have come from Upper MI.
   All of a sudden I was getting pelted with chunks of snow coming off of those cars.
   I keep putting stabil in the tank then running it out on another ride.... worth it!
