"Carry" to Inzane?

Where would I find the info on whether I can cc to Inzane from western NY? Going through PA, OH, IL, IN, and WI. Have NYS CCL.

The gun thing usually goes over my head.  Why would you want to take a gun to Inzane anyway, they are your friends.

When I was working, I came home, took off my belt and placed the weapon in the lock box, closed it and finished undressing.

When I went to work, it was the last thing to be put on.    When I got outside, either ready to get on the motor or in the squad car I pulled it, inserted the clip and put it back in the holster.

Too many people think a weapon is a toy to play with.   They are not a toy and they are dangerous in the wrong hands.      Some of those wrong hands are CC people.

I've had maybe 5 VRCC members show me a carry gun. 3 times it was never taken out of a saddlebag, just the lid was opened and the gun was left holstered. The other two times were in non-public areas and the firearms never changed from their hands into mine.

No point in me showing my CC firearm to anyone. Everybody's seen a KelTec 380 by now.

I don't know about other states, but here in Alabama, if you're pulled over for a traffic offense and they want to bring a K9 for a walk-around, they cannot delay you unreasonably to do so.  They cannot keep you detained longer than a normal traffic stop and if they do so, then you have basically been arrested without probable cause and the case will most likely be dismissed.  Just FYI.

I separate my my gun and ammo when I go thru Ill or KS. The ammo/mag goes in the saddle bag that has my ID/bike registration. I make sure to put the mag at the bottom and ID near the top so he wont be able to see the mag. Pistol under my rain gear, and lock the bag. Then haul ass thru the State.

I been stopped in Indy and he never cared about the pistol laying in the bag. Gave me crap for having a EMS badge. 

Why Kansas, Fudgie?  Kansas is a open carry state as well as CCW.  The gov. is pushing for for nationwide reciprocity as well, although he's not there yet.  Hoser

KS dont honor my Ind Lisc. When I took my Utah NR, FL was offered also at the time but they wanted cash only, which I didnt have. Having FL would give me KS.

Last I knew you needed to have a permit to OC. Maybe I should relook that up, might come in handy next time! OC=education

I know it's not on your way but here in MT you can oc almost anywhere and cc permit is only needed if you want to cc within the city limits of any town. Once you are out of town no permit needed to cc. In your vehicle is like being in your house and no cc needed then either. I wish more people thought like most in this state. Maybe the horrible things of recent days could be minimized by responsible citzens.

I suppose it is appropriate to renew an interest in revolvers, given recent events.

Yes, though much of the time, my bike and car do the carrying for me.  

I've been looking, but cannot find one to actually put my hands on.... at those prices you cannot just order one.

Tell it what state(s) you're licensed in and it will help you plan your route around the non-free states.

The map is not correct (for KS anyway). MS does not recip the KS permit. Not sure how many others are right or wrong.

Kansas is NOT a completely OC state, Kansas is like most other states and is a confused state. Most cities are still no OC and or OC is restricted by rules and stipulations. Safety on, latch over gun in holster no round in chamber, varies by city....I wouldn't tell anyone to OC in Kansas.

And Indiana CCL is not valid in KS as Fudgie knows.
